By accessing or using Taskflow (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Taskflow is a real-time task manager for small teams, provided free of charge. There is no account system — workspace URLs are the access mechanism. You are responsible for who you share a workspace URL with.

• Don't use Taskflow to store, share, or distribute unlawful content, malware, or anything that infringes on the rights of others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Don't use the Service to harass, defame, or abuse anyone.
• We reserve the right to remove content or block access that we reasonably believe violates these rules.

You retain ownership of everything you put into Taskflow. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that your data will not be lost. Keep your own backups for anything important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskflow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue Taskflow (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
